In 2020, India’s Centre for Science and Environment found that 77% of honey samples sold here were adulterated with sugar syrups designed to beat routine tests. That study is the reason Mulswaad exists the way it does: every batch we bottle is tested at an independent, NABL-accredited laboratory — and we’d rather show you the report than ask you to take our word for it.

What every batch is screened for
Adulteration & added sugars (NMR)
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance profiling is the most advanced purity test for honey — it catches rice, corn and other sugar syrups that routine checks miss. Every Mulswaad batch must pass it before it is bottled.
Antibiotics & heavy metals
Each batch is screened against FSSAI limits for antibiotic residues and heavy metals, so a daily spoonful is exactly as safe as it should be.
Moisture & HMF
Low moisture is why pure honey keeps almost indefinitely; low HMF (hydroxymethylfurfural) proves it was never overheated. We test both, every harvest.
Pollen & origin
Pollen analysis confirms the floral source and region of every harvest — the fingerprint of true single-origin honey.
